After playing the mess of a game that is Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments (Half way through solving the first case and my eyes were bleeding. THE ARM WRESTLING MINI GAME WAS TORTURE), it inspired me to create this thread and I'm genuinely curious. What is the crappiest game you've ever played? Brownie points for explaining why!

Alpha Protocol on PS3, not one enjoyable thing about it.

Gawd, there's lots of awful games and I'm just trying to think of the worst.

Rise of the Robots was a shocker back in the day despite it releasing to huge fanfare.

Duke Nukem Forever. I waited and waited and waited for it. When it released I'd lost all interest and good thing I had because by all accounts it was a complete mess. I did play the demo though and can concur from that little bit - it was s***e.

Hooligans - Storm over Europe - Just a dire take on an RTS with Hooligans. Nopt actually sure if this was intended as a p*** take tbh.

Superman on the N64 was duff as well.

Oh I remember Rise of the Robots!  God awful beat-em up, clunky and about 3 moves each.  Another one I forgot was a Megadrive/Genesis game called 2 Crude Dudes.

Turning Point : The Fall of Standards, sorry Liberty... Set in 1953 (10 years after the end of WW2) with gameplay that makes ET for Atari feel like a MENSA application test.

From recent ones... I would say Assassins Creed 2. Very monotonous and nothing new compared to the first one. In fact I stopped to play it after 20% of the progress...
