Tonight's task is to install streets of rage remake under the ports section. Not had a proper chance to play any games yet. Life getting in the way.

For those that may be unaware a few years ago a very talented dev team recreated sor and combined all 3 games into one main game with extras added in like new characters, enemies, music remixes etc. It's the ultimate rage experience.

My SD card appears to have died on me. Pi won't boot and the card isnt detected on my laptop anymore.  Ordered a return and replacement from amazon.  *** not properly played a bloody game yet lol.

Sd card fixed I'll get some games played this weekend. I'm looking to buy an arcade stick though

I cannot for the life of me get streets of rage remake working. I've followed the excellent video tutorial a user called Floob has done but it's not working. Bit gutted as I really want to play it. Im sure I will crack the problem.

Well streets of rage remake is finally working. What dramas I had with that. All worth it though. It's great!

Next session will be Rondo of blood and  Ninja Spirit pc engine.

And finished on mame with some good old splatterhouse
                               
I love splatterhouse and it has to be one of my favourite arcade games. The soundtrack is brilliant and even in this day and age it's pretty damn creepy.
