Finally got round to getting a decent rom set for mame. Ver 0.78 is apparently the best for compatability using mame2003 as the emulator in the settings.

Had a bit of a scrolling beat em up night with

Battle circuit
Undercover cops
Golden axe: The revenge of death adder

I got an old (2012) Mac Mini sat here doing nothing except for gathering dust, do you know if there is much support for emulators and front ends for Mac OS ?

Having never done it on mac i'm not 100% sure but I know there are emulators for it. Take a look at this link.

Any options for wireless controllers ? Like those SNES ones but wireless?

I think so. It supports wireless and Bluetooth controllers.

Terrible input lag on my new arcade stick
There's a few things I can try tonight to hopefully resolve it, one being to update the firmware on the stick.

If it all fails it will have to be returned.

Yeah hopefully. Someone else on retropie forums has one and has no issues so will see later after the update.

Firmware updated and still bad input lag
I've a couple of config tweaks to try but if no joy it looks like it's going back.
