Sounds good to me. I don't mind waiting as long as it comes to PC

Plenty of hints, the PlayStation code point to PC settings and even some oculus code.

Nothing official though. My gut feeling is a pc version sometime next year.
The problem with buying a console for it is the xbox1x version is reported to be significantly the best but the xb1x is almost a pointless console if you have high end pc.
PS4 pro has a sackful of quality exclusives but RDR2 is apparently noticably weaker.
I have a ps4 pro but think I am going to wait

I bought GTA5 a couple of years ago, was bored with it within an hour. This might be better, but I'm not buying a console to find out.

Nowadays you can get any 2 of the 3 consoles for less than the cost of a new GPU so while I'm still rocking a 980Ti, I'm glad I can play any great game released on any platform

Someone has changed the title, added "is it ever coming?". Those are not my words. It insinuates lack of faith. I have no doubt it will hit PC at some point.

To be honest unless you want to game at 4k or have your eye on a pimax vr hmd a 980ti can still play most games at close to full details on QHD and absolutely ultra at 1080p

I had a Xbox one gathering dust for years. I bought rrd2 and I've been quite happy with how it looks and run. Probably the usual about needing to compare like for like in order to see a significant difference!

Looking at some of the technical videos on Digital Foundry sometimes for the hike in power needed you get diminishing returns on graphical fidelity. Having seen RRD2 on XB1 it looks fabulous.  It'll come to PC once Rockstar have milked everything they can out of console sales so they'll see people double dipping.

I can see the difference in shadows in the normal Xbox one and the video from DF but it doesn't bother me much! It's not a make or break and if you've got a Xbox already I doubt it's an excuse to upgrade.
