Has the battery drain issue on this been fixed now?

Seems to have cured itself, it's not done that for months.
Probably a wayward app..

I heard it was a known issue with 5.1.1. Can't see anything being written about it online recently. Just bought one for the girlfriend and want it to be ok. What os are you running now?

Mine is running on 6.0.1

I'm keeping an eye out for another one for the missus. Got my boy one too..

Maybe it's one of those latest updates that fixed the battery issue. How do you rate it overall?

With nothing to compare it to, I rate it as Flippin bloody excellent.
Once you get over the honeymoon period of playing with it all the time, you easily get 2 out even 3 days out of one battery charge.
It's comfortable, durable, I wear it in the gym and use it when I'm training, I wear it with a suit for work, use it for the commuting etc etc and the apps made for it and the ones forget developed to work with it are all really well made.
I like that you can configure it to look and work and act in almost any way you can imagine.

So yeah, I like it. [emoji16]

That's good to know, cheers for that. I decided a few weeks ago I would get a Smartwatch for my girlfriends birthday but couldn't decide on which one. I read a lot of reviews and settled on this one. It's nice to get a review off someone genuine. I hope that she likes it too. Might have to get her a different strap eventually though.

Yeah I'd like to get my missus one, with the white strap as well. She works in a gym so a little sporty looking one would do the job.

I'm not a fan of the white ones. I think a pink one would suit my girlfriend. When I give it her I think I might just let her pick her own strap. Shame they don't do a purple. She loves purple. Can you get third party straps for it?

Don't know, I've not looked. Apparently you can get a third party adapter so a normal strap can be used..
