Yes it does.

Bottom left is average pace.

Edit: Although thinking about it, I don't think it shows current pace, just average.

I've got two sizes on order, couldn't resist the £10 Quidco whilst I was thinking about a purchase lol. I'm not sure I've got that many uses for it, but I needed a new gadget guided workouts could be interesting... I've not used a pedometer in a while but I've the feeling this could get me back into it.

@vorn182

Can i ask if you can export any of the data to other apps?

Mainly i want to export my runs to strava

Im still on the fence with the MS band or a apple watch, and i use strava for running, this could be the clincher?

Out the box, no. However there is a desktop program called "unband" which allows you to access to any gpx data on the band, which can then be uploaded to Strava.  I haven't done that yet but apparently it works. The next time I go for a run I'll give it go and see how it works.

It works out the box with run keeper, map my fitness and a couple of others, just not Strava yet.

Strava have already developed an apple watch app so that will work out of the box, the disadvantage of this is that you will still have to run with your phone in your pocket, this is something I don't ever do. Each to their own with that one really.

Indeed, although I'm not keen on some of the latest new features on Strava which is making me lean away from it slightly, I mean, photos? Its not Facebook!

I just went for a run with just the Band, and no Garmin.(mainly because the Garmin was taking ages to get a gps lock, whereas the band was almost instant).

I used Unband and exported the gpx file and uploaded it to Strava. It was hassle free and it works.  The elevation was 3ft different to what my Garmin came up with when I ran the same route a few weeks ago and the heart rate appears to be where I would expect it to be for me, so it all seems pretty accurate to me.

The band displays time, calories burnt, heart rate, distance and current pace whilst running.  The only thing that it is missing for me is the overall average pace, which is useful if you are trying to improve your pace.
