This is the one

From the description it states "Load capacity: up to 3.5kg" but I doubt it'll take that much.  It has a tripod mount screw on the bottom which was a plus.

If it's terrible, I guess I can always return it (or use it for my phone).

*Edit - actually for my phone, I can grab a Dji Osmo Mobile 2 from work which might do a better job

Is 5 minutes the minimum rotation time for this? I've got an idea I could use this for, but five minutes is a little too long for it.

I am not sure, you *might* be able to set interim steps.

Once mine arrives I can test

hi i have a panasonic compact which depending on shots taken during time lapse just gives finish time instead of the time it actually takes would rather it done the latter,im curious about the rotator if it can be set to finish any time up to 60 mins.

From my reading up on it, they really are just glorified egg times with with a tripod mount, so in theory you can set any time you like for rotation, but the amount of rotation time decides the rotation amount (ie. 60mins = 360deg, 30mins = 180dec and 15mins = 90deg)

There is one I've seen on Amazon, it's around £85 but you can program the duration and rotation etc into it.  Seems a lot better, but of course more expensive

I spotted this one - 5', 15', 30' or 60' duration and 15-360 degrees
Battery powered and stepper motors rather than clockwork.
