Correct.  The 3 are all within about 5 mins drive of each other.

Maybe 10-15 mins drive from the A38 (major A road) which in turn, is only about 15-20 mins from J28 of the M1.
Prices for all 4 courses are on the first page now.  Finally got emails back from all the courses.  Even had 2 of the courses following up with phone calls.

Morley is the better value but they're also the only one that seem to be strict on the numbers/deposit/must have min 12 thing.

Perhaps everyone can list the Fridays that they can/can't do in April/May?
