What to do now?

For sure. I enjoyed it more than the Olympics. Not because I felt sorry for them, or anything like that, but I just got a real sense of determination, pride and passion from those guys and girls. That's not taking anything away from the Olympics and the competitors.

It did allow me to see past the disabilities. It also made me realise how much of a moaner that I can be at times. When I watched Pistorius run on Saturday I wasn't looking at his legs. I was looking at him! Before I would have been fascinated to see the blades up close. In fact I still am. However during the race I didn't even think of it. I was just watching some world class 400m athletes.

It's like the Olympics all over again. First the website went into meltdown, now you have to wait ages to find the tickets.

I found it exceptionally quick, but I did try at 10 when they went on sale to  those who had preregistered.
I was actually amazed there was no queue.

Presumably since then the queue has built up.

I just got 4x £32 tickets for Saturday.  No idea who I will see!

I tried at 10.15 but the website was down. A few minutes later it came back, but I've been trying for just two tickets in all bands but no success so far.

Yeah, I managed to get two tickets for Sunday. Sitting just by the 100mtr start line. I believe the 100mtrs is on Fri or Sat but there should still be some decent events.

Not sure if you realised, but Sunday is all paralympics events AFAIK.

That's not a problem if that is the case. I'd just as much like to see Johnnie Peacock again if he is racing.
