The Yanks do have a strong squad but our boys have showed good form in the last few weeks

Yeah, they certainly have, just feel USA have a stronger team throughout.

i was at the US open this year so no chance of getting to the Ryder Cupas well.

PS, Just checked out you extension thread, great stuff and i will keep a close eye on it to see how it goes.

Had a lot gone on this year so me and my Dad decided we would have a trip away together, cannot wait.

I have only ever been to local British open venue's in the past, Birkdale and Lytham, so really looking forward to the atmosphere of an "away" leg as it where.

Didn't realise till the other day that this was on this weekend.

Hope the Beeb have highlights of the first 2 days.  

Off to a mates on Sunday to watch in full.

Forget your Rugby World cup, Football World cup, World 20/20 Cricket etc etc.

The Ryder cup is the greatest team event of them all.  Bar none.

We lost at Valhalla in 08 when Faldo was captain but its the only time we have lost since the turn of the century
