Agree 100%

This change is definitely needed now.

Still close, but looking at the pairings I'd probably choose different ones than Dony but would still say 16-12 to the USA.

The Ryder Cup is great though, the crowds are amazing, when you hear a massive roar you know something amazing has just happened. Unfortunately with it being in the US you instantly know it's not favourable to Europe, but we had exactly the same thing when it is over here. We can't win it all the time!

With I had your confidence Dony.

Reckon the USA will win at least 7 points from the singles.

It's normally their best day.

16-12 will be respectable and a fair result based on the form so far.

if it does finish 16-12 and Poulter wins, he'll have bagged a third of the teams points

I have to disagree about this particular weekend's crowd being amazing.  It culminated for me with the moron shouting 'F*** you Seve' after Dustin Johnson's tee shot on 14.  Lots of cheering bad/missed shots along with shouts of 'get wet' etc which have not been from just one or two drunken idiots.

Compare it to the muted reaction to Mahan's fluffed chip that effectively gave Europe the Cup in 2010.  The American team deserve their lead but their 'fans' have really taken the shine off it for me.

Agree. Not sure what I was thinking with that comment.

From what I have seen today, the crowds are utter scum. Nothing like what is going on today have I seen over here.

Not a bad start do far.  Poulter possibly looking exhausted from the last two days.   And who can blame him.

It's entertaining stuff, but I can't bring myself to root for a team bearing the EU flag. If the Americans weren't such a bunch of bad winners I would support them instead.

Yep.  Nearly 3 hours in and it's still not over.

From 100/1 i'd now say it's down to 50/1

Edit 100/1 again lol

Nah.  Still a long shot.  Sea of red.  Whatever happens now.  Great effort.  Jose took a chance on piling the front with the big guns and that's been a great success.
