Hard to get into & Hard to get out of

I was suggested this anime by few of my friends but I have observed due to its slow pace in first few episodes it was very hard to stick to it. But once you move pass episode 3 of season 1, things will change and you won't be able to move away from TV screen.

As a story (and characters) no other anime could even hold candle to it, Overlord probably has most amount of characters I have seen in any anime. World building is awesome everything has a meaning to it once you move ahead in series you observe that even a single line in last season had this impact.

I like the way this anime has a story where a normal guy tries to be Villan then tries to present himself good guy in a world while doing bad things for the good of his people.

This plot is all about World Domination and politics and manipulation of people (and kingdoms). Everything protagonist does(knowingly or unknowingly ) has a been turned into strategic move.

If you are into isekai genre this anime is a masterpiece for you.
