A few random camping trips which are yet to be confirmed as always.  Also a friends villa in Spain.  Nice and rural in the mountains so can try a little running in the heat ready for 2018 MdS!

Our previous road trips usually went about 25% over the point-to-point estimate, by taking in places along the way. Reversing into parking spaces soon adds up

I thought I'd treat my beloved to a few days away next month for his birthday, so have The Suite booked at The Old Bank Hotel in Oxford (dinner at QUOD) , followed by a tour of The Mini Factory, then a 7 course taster at the 1 Michelin* Bybrook staying in Archway Cottage in one of my favourite hotels in this country in Castle Combe...The Manor House.

Then we're staying 2 nights at Gidleigh Park in a suite, with a 10 course taster in the 2 Michelin* restaurant. We've sampled Michael Wignall's food before at his 2 Michelin* eatery at Pennyhill Park which was excellent, so I'm sure he'll do Michael Caines proud.
