Hi Pooch Yes I did thanks, very hepful. My main beef is with a Company being un-professional, it doesn't bode well for the future. First the Knitting mag cock-up and now not keeping ALL subscribers in touch with the situation. Hope they are at Supercon tomorrow.

I got my issues 4 & 5 this morning and my book ends some time in the week.  Hatchette do seem to be a bit of a Fred Carno company as I had a phone call from them out of the blue about 3 weeks after subscribing telling me my details hadn't been store correctly when I subscribed online.  I was a bit sus so got a phone number and called them back.
Gave my details and got my welcome letter a couple of days later followed by issues 2 & 3 a week or so later.

Have had to wait a little longer than I would have liiked for the latest ones but well worth the wait IMO - on nights at the moment and have The Birth Of Venom to while away the hours.  The artwork in this is very '60s Spidey like so hopefully gonna enjoy this one.

Couldn't get my head round the X-Men dark Phoenix ish - found it very hard going.

Got my issue 1(the amazing spider man) and the ultimate human one. Is there a delivery charge that they didn't mention online as I got another invoices saying that £12.98 will be taken, but I cant see this as last time I got billed £16.98 so £29.98. But by right's all I should have paid is £19.97 as I only have the first one which is £2.99, the second one that is £6.99, the free iron man one, the ultimate human soldier(think it says vol 4) which is £9.99 and the free gift's(not the bag yet). What the hell, how can I have paid another £10 and not have another one and I bet next time I'll be billed again.
