It is a pity that Boris likes to jump in head first with out too much thought of the consequences. From his speech in the Commons he said we pull out of the World Cup. Later he backtracked said he meant diplomats.
Although Boris is good value and his heart is in the right place, it's like he really  does need to discuss his thoughts first before speaking.
