Saw a 70cl bottle of Kraken today for £21.00 and was sorely tempted........but didn't commit.

Picked up a bottle of captain Morgan's. mainly as it was on offer in Tesco, but it's lovely stuff.

Mount Gay's Extra Old is my favourite, a few ice cubes and enjoy.

I've still got a few bottles left over from a trip to the factory in Barbados.

To me its like the Jack Daniels of the rum world. Not to my taste but to be fair its probably from my early experience of rum before I got to like the neat taste of Appleton's, I haven't gone back and tried it. I think of Captain Morgan's as a mixer.

I always drink it with a mixer, not a fan of it neat. As it happens, I also drink Jack Daniels.
I nearly had the Appletons but was drawn into the offer on the Morgans.

If you like your rum neat, maybe with just a little ice, this one is so nice!

We tried them all as part if the tour and a few would take your head off.
