Secret blend of spices, goat, coconut milk and tinned toms in. It'll thicken and darken in the next 6 hours.

Never cooked crowns before.
Turkey crown says 2 hours at 160C
I've two next to each other in the same tray, what you reckon, nearer 3 hours?

I am not going in the kitchen, wife is the cook, and she has it all under control.
Goose is out and resting. Roast veggies are in (covered in the fat from the goose). We have a tray full of pigs in blankets from our local butchers. Yorkshire pudding batter ready. Gravy, also with goose fat, ready. Desert, if anyone can manage it, is just shop bought chocolate pudding as no one apart from me likes chrissy pud. Far too much for us 5, but we are planning on using up all the leftovers, and I think the soup maker is going to be put to good use.

The dogs are enjoying laying in the kitchen with all the nice smells.
