Ballicom were replying to my emails vitually instantaneously, last week, I was very impressed, and likewise they were very quick to offer to collect and refund but I would rather like to have the units working rather than have a refund so we have left the offer on table whilst I wait for a reposnse from Belkin.
Belkin should be able to supply checked working replacements. After all from the above posts we know not all units are faulty. |
