Have you tried getting the phone into recovery mode. Not sure which button but try switching on and holding one of the buttons on the phone at the same times as powering it up. Or even a combination of two buttons.

I have taken a good look around for firmware for your phone but sadly there does not seem to be anywhere to get new firmware. It is the way such manufacturers do things, they sell you a phone and then walk away.

I will continue to search but think it will not be possible.

There really isn't much information to be found.

Error 4001

Message: S_FT_DA_NO_RESPONSE or Da didn't send response data to FlashTool!

Meaning: SP flash tool is having difficulty communicating with the device

Solution:  
Change the USB-portRun SP flash tool as AdminEnsure to install the correct drivers (see How to install Mediatek USB VCOM drivers )Try another PC and USB cordEnsure the phone is switched off with a charged battery inside when connecting to the PC for flashing
