@SeanyF cheers for the detailed reply. I’m not sure that it’s where I want it to be as a dual sim but I am going to think it over as I carry two iPhones plus models and it’s a real pain.

Thanks Carl

@SeanyF Is it possible to use two contacts apps, one private and one work for example. App one to only call via sim 1 and app two to only call via sim 2. Also each one only show the private contacts and work contacts separate.

Hi all. Bought my wife an S9 plus in the past few weeks. She obviously wants to keep it safe so bought a nice case, back protector, camera protector and so on. All these are great but we are struggling to find a good screen protector. We have had 2 so far but neither have been very good. The first one, which was a rubber-like protector. This was good but diminished image quality making things look grainy. Next we got a tempered glass screen protector. The image quality on this was amazing but there were lines on it where the protector curved and screen sensitivity was reduced.

I’ve looked online at some others. Some of which get excellent reviews...but they’re almost too good and so I doubt their authenticity. Can any of you recommend a good protector that you’ve used personally?

Thanks

I’m also looking into screen protectors but haven’t got the S9/Plus yet. I’m due an upgrade in a month and been an iphone user for many years so this will be my first Android for quite some time and I always had my iPhones protected as I have OCD with scratches etc.

Seems the S9 is quite difficult to protect as like you say either the screen responsiveness is effected or they effect screen quality - something I don’t want to happen as the beautiful screen is one of the things I’m targeting the Samsung for.

If you find something please let us know as I’ll be very interested. Thanks

Will do. My wife is going back to the Philippines in a few months and they are phone crazy over there. Her friend works in a mobile phone shop and she says she knows a perfect screen protector to get her. Fingers crossed she is right.

Whitestone dome is the best I've found bit expensive and fiddly to fit but, it's glass fits round the curved edge and feels like the original, only thing to watch for is the case fitment.

Been doing some research on this and yeah that dome protector does seem to be the best, however it is a tad expensive for me - mrs definitely won't be impressed if I spend £40 on a screen protector lol!

Seen a couple well reviewed ones on Amazon between £6.99-9.99.

Also been looking at cases which won't lift these protectors up. Want a low profile one for scratches rather than drops as I'm quite careful. Might opt for a skin perhaps.
