This film is about a white teacher who goes to teach in a black dominated school and ends up learning about a lot of life's lessons in which the kids are being taught.

I personally enjoyed this film to its highest degrees. It was a very deep, interesting and personal film. It relates to sociological events and delves deeper into the squaller that these students have to deal with growing up. Its the type of film that you have your eyes glued to the screen on. This type of film will be an eye opener to most people in society, as it shows the hurt and the effects certain things have on the students. It opens your eyes to poverty, equal rights, and how family can be torn apart and how friends that you really care about can be lost in an instant and when it does your life comes crashing down. Its honestly a brilliant film and well worth watching. And after watching it you will probably feel the same way as me.
