I got married there on my birthday in 09, saw the Beatles show called Love at our hotel the Mirage. Really good show if you're into the Beatles music and done by Circe Solei or whatever they're called. They seem to have a monopoly of Vegas shows. Doug Stanhope as posted above would be a crack, but don't buy tour tickets to any show direct with the casino. Use Tixets or Ticktz (Can't remember the exact spelling) They are along the strip with one directly opposite the Mirage hotel/casino, near to Dennys.

The Brazilian steak house (can't remember the name) in the Mirage is awesome, will be one of my eating places in 3 weeks.

Assuming they're still there, the Blue Man Group are superb.

Don't forget to go on the New York New York rollercoaster!

I had to do that on my own as the people I were with bottled out.

I thought it was a good buzz actually. (even though I was ****ted and did the whole ride with my eyes closed)

P.s I've done Doover Ham twice now and, personally, it's a real yawnfest.

If you want a good steak then 'Prime' at the Bellagio will sort it.

Tbh I'd hit the road and head on out to Groom Lake. Ignore the signs at the side of the road and if you see black helicopters just keep on going.

If you do "hit the road" go to Death Valley. It's an amazing place.

Oh and we went to Carlos Bakery on the venetian. It was ok but nothing special. Get there early (before 11am) or the queue will be massive!

Top of the World was my fave restaurant in Vegas last time we went.

Just booked for Vegas next year and Top of the World is top of our list for a meal out.

The whole experience is amazing there - views, service and food ... and the prices are very good imo for what you get and type of place it is - more so for a special occasion meal.
