Flights booked, Qatar airlines for me, don't know about the GF, Hotels booked The Tokyo Station Hotel, The Westin Miyako Kyoto and the Shinjuku Granbell Hotel in Tokyo. Not the cheapest holiday, especially with getting 2 bookings from Tableall.com for an exclusive dining experience.

13 days to go can't wait.

only issue I would have flying klm is that long leg from Amsterdam to JP, looking at flying with Emirates to Osaka, then spend a week in Kyoto and another week in maybe Nagoya#

Anyone got any experience of the Japan rail pass ? , On the face of it I can't see a reason not to get one , £300 for 14 days and that includes a return fare from Narita to Shinjuku in the Narita express which is worth £50 , unless I got my research horribly wrong then a return to Hiroshima bought as a single trip costs more than the 14 day pass , can anyone help to prove my logic lol [emoji28][emoji28]
