And Leavers seem to be happy going along with whatever promises are made to them by people like Gove, Johnson and Farage, even when there is no actual evidence or facts behind those promises, but each to their own eh.

OK OK, I finally got it: what sonic67 is saying is that with our sovereignty back we can tax what and how we want but we would still need to keep it at current levels because of what labour did.

Did I get that right?
