The Labour position is they will have no democratic mandate. Ergo it doesn't matter who is elected and why they can articulate their position now.

Great sense of duty with an impressive history of dedicated public service. Not a politician, while also not one of those numerous cliche "not a politician" gobsh*te populists.

After hearing Esther McVey on LBC yesterday, I'm even less impressed by the former mediocre TV presenter turned mediocre and lying politician than I originally wasn't. I wince a tad whenever she delivers (the word) Brexit as Brexeuuueuuth.

If you want to attract new/younger voters any party would be stupid not to appreciate the value of fudgeability. Even Corbyn has a sort of "Gilf" about him, not for me but the Glastonbury type crowd (young voters) go nuts for him even with all the anti-Semitism, and terrorist hugging. Boris has the "Dilf" going for him.

Yep only one for me amongst that bunch of clowns is Rory Stewart.

Hunt, Johnson and McVey the worst of that bunch. Obviously Johnson is gonna contend, but hopefully McVey and Hunt at least get nowhere near the final nominations.
