If Boris gets into the final two, he will win.
The final two will have to include one leaver at least to counter the brexit party. So the question is which one could the party get behind to stop Boris? The only one I can see is Raab who can fill that role.
The soft brexiters and remainers would never vote for either, and probably have enough numbers to get a remainer or soft brexiter on the ticket. I'd guess Hunt might get that now Rudd is out.
