Those "Manmaker" ones look good, i think i'm going to start doing them.
Would you recommend doing them with other circuit style excercises or chuck them in with my normal weights session?

This was a great video but he did completely ignore the performance enhancing drugs aspect. Very few athletes are natural. Besides steroids they take drugs to recover, blood boosters, stimulants and so on. All of this makes a different.

He is well aware of the drugs aspect and details there use on his website. He probably did not want to risk getting sued by a juicer.

Oh my god, those man makers nearly killed me
1 set of 10 reps using only 10kg dumbells and I was finished.
I'll be making sure I do them every week now
