Yes Venuto and Zane look pretty awesome.

Greasing and tanning is bodybuilding is plain weird. I'm sure it brings out the contours and muscle shapes more but it's still weird and can ruin the aesthetic imo

Zane was all about the look/balance, not the mass.  He would only train certain areas rarely in order to stop them getting too big and spoiling symmetry and/or balance etc.  But most of all he kept it simple.
