Farmfoods (which I never use) dropped a leaflet through my door and one of the deals is 12 cans of Princes tuna for a tenner. Not too bad.

For those of you who eat lots of tuna, be aware that it contains a lot of methylmercury:

Musclefood turned out excellent. Ordered the new customer deal for 75 quid and the quality is far better than ive ever had at a supermarket and al  ot cheaper than a butchers (and also worked out cheaper than a supermarket).

Also, been getting the watersons mackeral which is actually not to bad from home bargains. Iceland ready cooked sliced chicken is good just for convenience (frozen but doesn't take long to defrost and is 400g for 2.50).

Oh, and discountsuppliments have the mix and match 2.25kg packs of whey(the choc and banana are lovely) at any 4 for 80 quid. Free delivery, and also topcashback(works out about a fiver back). Oh and they also have a 12 percent off code at the moment. JLE12. Worked out i paid 87 quid for 4x 2.25g tubs of whey and 24 cnp flapjacks (these are a few quid in holland and barret each, good for a post workout or mid morning carb heavy snack).

Just used your referral mate

Ended up with 5kg of chicken, 1kg of turkey, 8 steak burgers, 1ltr egg whites and some protein bread. Could have easily ordered more!

Nice one mate. Not shown up but im assuming it does once the order is paid and delivered as they dont charge till the day before.

I was going to for the egg whites but i decided it was just cheaper to keep buying packs of 15 eggs from asda for 1.30 or somthing and just seperate them myself. For the hassle it means i get a another 20 or so eggs
