still not got my blu rays yet
sent claim away the end of january,got a letter from sony dated 5th march saying they were experiencing an unexpected delay in handling my claim

Received my Blu rays last Saturday, I probably claimed same time as you, also I received the delay letter so hold in there you should eventually get them

Has anyone got a Usb powered hard drive connected to the Sony tv,if so does the harddrive go into leep/standby when not in use?I have a western digital 2'5 hard drive connected but the drive keeps spinning even when not in use.

i received the same letter, will give it till the end of this month then contact them.

HX753 has had software update this morning, no info yet about any changes, I imagine the HX853 will get update also.

I have a question I hope someone can answer? I brought this TV in December and it's great, But I've just purchased a new Av Receiver the Pioneer VSX-922, The problem is when I changed the source on the amp to a different device I have to keep changing my picture settings? Surely this can't be right??

New software update is available for the TV via the internet. No ideas what it changes. Just installing now.

Haven't had much chance to investigate, but I can't see what it's done. Was hoping for an update to the YouTube app, but sadly no....
