I think you would be at home in Volkstaat.

Part of teaching acceptance of people who do no harm.

Why are teachers better at that than, for instance, parents?

Training?

If a child gets murdered or molested, more than 9 times out it 10 it's the parents or a family member.

Figuring out how to impregnate someone, or indeed to become impregnated, doesn't magically make you perfectly suited to educate children.

And pretty much 99% of social services deals with parents unable to parent, at the cost of billions to the tax payer.

Does that answer your question?

Agreed, and you’d hope less biased and more neutral. Just take a look at what this got started where some parents rather not have certain topics discussed at all. Education is still essential to have a tolerant society.

{Mod Alert}:

Logiciel somehow thinks he speaks for the entire LGBT Community. And has frequently given his own views on gay marriage and civil partnerships as if his was the only opinion that mattered.

I only tolerate this because I cannot issue warnings to a fellow moderator for trolling.

{Mod Alert Off}.

I would just ask this question:

If a child grows up in a heterosexual environment and identifies with being gay, who do they turn to?
Logi doesn't want Schools to teach about different sexuality and relationships.

I'm glad I'm not that ignorant so have been able to support our child who is gay.I wish it was OK to teach kids that it was OK to be Gay. No need to promote it data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

My tuppence.

I was (and am) a heterosexual white male, from a fairly priveleged background - growing up in 1980s/1990s Britain.

And it was a struggle. It was horrible at times. Being dumped by this girl... Another girl not being interested etc

I honestly couldn't even imagine how challenging it would have been growing up without any kind of sexual 'security'. Not understanding WTF I was feeling. And worse, having my church / school telling me what I was feeling is wrong / evil. What an absolute disgrace.
