"Nick" who first talked to Exaronews and then the police and who is seen as a credible witness by the Police has alleged that Heath was one of his abusers from a group of prominent men. Some of whom are still alive -

So if the Police are able to gather evidence to allow them to a build a case against those alleged to have abused Nick and others then we may get to the truth of the matter through the criminal justice system and Juries to arrive at a verdict. We may never get there of course, but it's something that needs to happen if we are to ultimately unravel the truth from the chaff.

I agree with comments below article.  The man is now dead, though actually for alleged victims to be heard and  to be vindicated in their life story is important and these circles often connect. However, its amazing how Ben fellows was portrayed as some fantasist which lead him going to court being charged with perverting the course of justice and being totally acquitted and how little coverage this part of the case received in the national media!  Dead or useless men, keep being offered to appease!

The salient point from Nick is that the men he alleges abused him are still very much alive and should be investigated by the Police. Either there won't be enough evidence to charge and prosecute them with or there will be. Arrests might be imminent and those arrested may shock. But I'll believe it when I see it.

It remains to be seen about Heath (have an open mind). However what people need to remember is that there are live police operations (fairbank, Midland etc) ongoing looking into the living and not the dead i.e. Charles Napier jailed in first triumph for ‘Operation Fairbank’ | ExaroNews

I would totally agree if it was true, that just one phone call, letter or meeting erased all that was good, that’s just not the case, a hack peddling his opinion to look after his bread and butter.

He's a hack, so what, I still agree on that stance.

Exactly the same thing happened with McAlpine. Was disproved, and as he was still alive at the time he sued various idiots for their defamatory tweets.
