Will see when I try it on my G25 but I've heard on some videos ffb isn't quite up to scratch yet. Mayb just needs different wheel tweaks than ac? I know I would start by using the exact same settings I do in ac and just tweak it. Perhaps needs a few updates also.
AC can feel really great even on my old g25.
I'm gonna try it tomorrow, or at least that's the plan about to go for a few pints!

Well I just cant get away with a controller at all, so decided to try my monitor although its offset to the right by a bit.
Was FAR better playing with a steering wheel, but still cant get under 2:10 per lap, which is awful when I see people on YouTube doing sub 2:00.
I do miss VR though, which will totally open the game up I believe.

This is going to be fantastic, looks really nice but i am super rusty on a screen didn't realize how used to VR i am. Feels good too with my G25.
Will have some laps after lunch but had 3 or 4 laps and got down to a low 2:02 but is very odd coming from VR i don't seem to turn in enuf!

Replays are lovely and the wet looks amazing.

As soon as this has VR support I am buying it.  Have a busy couple of weeks coming up, so dont mind waiting until early October to get it.

Well, played a bit more last night and messing with all the settings to see if I could get it working a bit better. Strange thing is, with default graphics settings (all high or epic) I was between 50-60 FPS, still decent and smooth overall, but getting some stuttering in heave shadow areas like long straight before chicane at 18:00 - so I started lowering settings to get FPS more stable (mid) and as FPS went into 90  the driving changed and car became a lot more agile. No change to car setup but I could turn better, catch slides, braking much better - so much so I improved my hotlap time from 2:03 to 1:59 within a handful of laps! Visually not as good now, but much better to race with.

My PB is a paltry 2:01.656 (standard settings, all without aids etc).
Like GMC79 I am too used to VR to get used to a screen again. That and my screen being 2 foot to the right of my playseat doesn't help matters.
Its like driving your car from the passenger seat.​

I resorted to bonnet cam to see where I was going lol. Hard to see in these cars in cockpit view but again not really used to it on a screen.

That helmet cam was pretty good however there was a little too much lean if that makes sense.

Well managed a 2:02.025 in hot lap mode.
Pro mode, all standard apart from fuel taken down to 1ltr (fuel doesn’t go down yet).
I will get sub 2:00 hopefully before VR comes.
The WR is 1:52.xxx. I have no idea where to find a massive 8 seconds though.

I will probably pick this up however if I do I will wait for VR. (Next update I believe) it is hard to show them support for putting in vr but I figure buying in once vr is added is about the best I can do.  
That said when complete is there a campaign or is it MP only?
