I think it's going the 12 and split decision to paceman! I want to put a bet on £10-20 but can't decided on best online bookies? Thinking Stan James?

What most using?

Hi,

I too think it will go the distance do not believe there any way in hell that Pacquiao will ever get a decision against MW in Vegas - just not happening - MW has the Judges to rule in his favour & Kenny Bayless to give him every advantage in the ring imho!

I read that it's written if mayweather looses there is already an agreement for a second chance.

Why draw of you will already get a second shot of you loose? Also a blemish of a loss or a draw would not thrill mayweather as he wants more than cash the perfect record.

Easy for him to say now though isn't it? Did he really know 5 years ago that Pac would still be fighting and in condition to make this fight as big as it is now? He must be a modern day Nostradamus. To me this is just his easiest excuse for avoiding the fight when it carried much higher risk. Sure alot of boxers/promoters let certain fights simmer to build them up, but 5/6 years? it could have just as easily been worth nothing or Pac retired.

I saw a video on YouTube with Mayweathers CEO, he said there is no rematch clause in the contract. I don't think we will see a rematch regardless of the outcome of this bout. If Floyd loses his 0 he can't get it back, and I suspect he will retire from boxing after this fight either way.

Lennox Lewis has posted a few videos on his Instagram this morning, Mayweather was asked if he is scared of losing and his response was "I'm making $200 million, does that sound like I lost?". Max Kellerman made an interesting point in that it sounds like Mayweather is making an excuse incase he loses, and he now feels as though Mayweather is fearful of Pacquiao.

I think the pressure is all on Mayweather. It's a huge pay day for both fighters but I suspect keeping that 0 on his record means more to Mayweather than a win will for Pacquiao, I'm not saying Manny will be happy to just be there, but I suspect he needs the money more than Floyd, and in that regard he has already won.

I still think Mayweather will be victorious, I agree that the judges will never vote against him. Mayweather to win by decision is the most likely outcome.

@Cobb

Spot on - this is something that 50 Cents stated clearly years ago - MW hates it with a fury when someone earns more than he does or gets any part of payment that he does not want them to have - this really irks him. He believed (in in some ways, this materialised) he wanted to fight Manny purely as a cash cow - he like to make sure his opponents only get a fraction of what he does.

Money is his one & only God.

I cannot for the life of me see Mayweather retiring after this. Not when he is so close to 50 without defeat. I know he's been saying that he doesn't care about that but, not in a million years do I believe someone so stratospherically egotistical and self centred as him, would pass up on the opportunity of getting to 50 not out. No way!

If he beats Manny, he'll want to pass Rocky to stand alone with that record. I guarantee it. It's how he rolls. It's all about him, his money and his legacy - nothing else matters and that 50 would complete it and he knows it.

The only problem is the danger those final two fights could represent as he would almost certainly have to fight decent challengers and not stooges.

Who would Mayweather fight after this though? Even though I think he would beat Khan, I wouldn't like to take that fight to bring me closer to the 50.

I think Khan will miss out on his big payday. I don't see Mayweather taking the risk and I don't think Pacquaio will be interested after banking the cash from this weekends fight.
